Today was just... blah.
I got to hear Matt's voice today so that was nice. I miss him and hate that the phones there have been down so all I could do was imagine his voice while I read little words on a screen.
The FRG meeting was today and that didnt really go over well (at least not the parts where I actually had to get up and say anything.) but at least I got to sit around and talk to Ashley, Ruth, and Hannah. They're pretty nice at they are good girls to be friends with (well, Ashley and Hannah for sure) and people to help occupy my time until Bee comes to visit or Matt comes home. My cupcakes seemed to go over well (despite the fact that they were a melted mess) so maybe next time I can make prettier non-melted cupcakes next time.
I cleaned most of the house today. Yay for doing something productive!!! Too bad I still have tons of laundry to fold and put away... as well as dishes to do again and a bed that needs to be stripped so everything can be washed. Ugh. I have become a lazy mess. The house looks good, but I know better. I can't wait to get out of here and actually DO something.
Dear Matthew, I just want to remind you that you are my life. I miss you so much. I love you even more. I just want you to always remember that. I can't wait for you to come home... I can't wait to talk to you every day... You make me the happiest I have ever been in my life, and I never want that to go away. Come home soon.
Dear Bee, I miss you as well. You are the best friend I've ever had in my entire life (aside from my husband... but that's different) I wish I could help you with everything that's going and I can't stand that I'm not there to be there for you right now (and don't have the tags and tires to get there). There is always room for you here, whether its for hours or days or even years. Please let me know if there's anything I can do. I love you like a sister and I want to do whatever I can do for you.
Completely unrelated-- I found my non-ocean claimed pair of Wiley X's. They were under the couch. I never thought I'd be so happy to see sunglasses in my life.
