For someone that doesn't really like TV, (I hope to have my future children watch as little of it as possible... well... they get to watch Baby Einstein and all that jazz... but once they grow out of the "baby education" shows... outside they go.) I sure watch a lot and have a lot of "favorite" tv shows. They change constantly, depending on what part of the year we're in, but these have pretty much remained the same.
- Glee - Many people don't like Glee, while others have joined into the cult following of "Gleeks" as they call themselves. I'm not necessarily a fanatic, since I can miss a show and always watch it later online... but I do enjoy watching it as it's humor and the issues they tackle have become a ray of hope for this country (to me anyways...). They continuously are topical and although some things can get racy, or too "out there" for younger viewers, they still can enjoy the musical aspect of the show.
- House - Who can't love a wise-cracking, know-it-all doctor that brings people back from the brink of death from unknown causes?
- How I Met Your Mother - This show is just funny. I watch more of the reruns than the new shows as House and the new HIMYM come on at the same time, but either way, it makes me laugh.
- Kendra - don't judge me.
- The Big Bang Theory - I'm not sure why I like this show. Most people find it boring and lacking humor, but I sit and laugh through it every time I watch it. I missed almost a whole season just because my husband didn't like it, so I'm very happy I've had a chance to catch up.
That's really it, so I guess that it's not TOO bad. And only one is a reality show so I give myself points for not listing fifty million of those stupid shows. Go Sam!
